We have counted on Dr. Crawford for a number of years to take care of our family members. Over
the last year Dr. Heppner has cared for them as well. Both of them are fantastic! They listen to your questions and provide honest answers. The techs are kind and helpful.

Our regular vet was 3 weeks out on appointments. Our poor pup was sick and they were able to squeeze her in as a drop off and work with her throughout the day. Staff was amazing and appreciate everything they did to help us out.

We love taking our dog to Orchard View Veterinary Center. We have enjoyed the experience for ever since they ordinarily opened. After the first dog past, we have continued with the Center for the last 13 years.

I love everything about this clinic! They are knowledgeable, the prices are great, but mostly they are amazing to my puppy. It’s like they love him as much as I do! My golden retriever was kenneled at Orchard View for 9 nights. She was well taken care of. I have peace of mind kenneling my beloved golden retriever at her vet’s office, I know if she needs medical attention she will receive it immediately.

Our visit was great! We couldn’t go in because of covid, which we understood, but the employee that brought our dog in and back out was very friendly, and did a great job explaining the exam results with us.

We were able to get in to see the vet on short notice. The staff was kind as we completed paperwork from our vehicle, due to COVID restrictions, and then they took our 19 year-old kitty for the exam. The doctor called and we discussed her findings. We elected to have some bloodwork done and we were called by the vet when she said she would. Our vet was very pleasant and informative, giving us some things to watch for in the future.

We used another vet for years and just recently changed to Orchard View. The level of care and professionalism that has been provided to our pets exceeded our expectations. The entire staff and doctors treat our pets as if they were their own. My only regret is I waited this long to change providers.

We just had our first visit yesterday and my husband and I were very happy with all parts of our appointment! Because, of the virus and our new normal, I was a little nervous about getting a personal feeling of caring while still doing social distancing. No need to worry, they have implemented new procedures for everyone’s safety. Everyone, we talked to was caring, kind and very helpful in all areas of caring for our puppy! We have a Veterinarian and all the wonderful staff with it!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are all very accommodating to my schedule and happy to provide required vaccines while Riggins is in daycare. The staff keeps in touch, always does what they say they are going to do and responds promptly to my emails. Opening at 7:30 is a HUGE lifesaver for me, so thank you for that. Even though I don’t need their services on Saturday, the fact that they are open for a full day is a huge plus. Most clinics close at noon.
