Curbside Service: What to Expect
When you arrive for your curbside appointment: please remain in your vehicle and call the office at (503) 585-1616 to check-in with a receptionist who will take your contact information and relay it to a technician. A technician will call you back shortly to begin your appointment and gather all the required information. Next, a staff member will meet you in the parking lot to collect your pet from you; please wear a mask while handing off your pet to a staff member. We do ask that you remain in the parking lot for the duration of the appointment. If you need to leave, please make sure you notify your technician before they retrieve your pet from you.
From all of us at OVVC, we would like to thank you for your continued understanding and
cooperation at this time.
Established in 2007, Orchard View Veterinary Center is a small animal veterinary hospital locally owned and operated by Dr. Christine Crawford (Lipscomb). She has worked in the Salem area for over 19 years providing quality veterinary care to her patients and started OVVC in order to blend modern veterinary techniques with the personal attention you would expect from your home town veterinarian. All of our employees share this commitment and work to get to know you and your pet.
Orchard View Veterinary Center is a full service animal hospital and is able to provide a comprehensive wellness program for your pet, as well as providing surgical/dental care, behavior consultations and emergency treatment when needed. In addition to medical services, we also provide boarding and basic grooming services.
Our doctors are experienced in most types of conditions and treatments. When necessary we have a wonderful working relationship with area specialists and can refer your pet for advanced diagnosis and treatments.
Beyond first rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly, and a very calm environment.
