Veterinary Assistants
Marilyn Gaskin
Veterinary Assistant

Marilyn began working at OVVC as an animal caretaker in 2013.  After leaving the clinic to focus on her schooling, she realized how much she missed working with animals and the OVVC staff and has returned as a veterinary assistant.

Katie Peters

Katie knew from a very young age that she would be working with animals for the rest of her life.  She is currently attending Oregon State University and finishing her degree in Zoology.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and speding time with her dog, Roca.
Matt Lipscomb
 Relief Receptionist

Matt has always been around animals, growing up with a family of animal lovers.  He has a natural way with people and is a great asset to OVVC.  His easy going and caring personality along with an ability to connect with clients has made him an indispensible part of the reception team.

Matt has been OVVC's part-time receptionist since November 2007 and is currently employee on a relief basis.

When not at work, Matt enjoys building furniture (like wine racks, coffee tables and entertainment centers), hunting, riding dirt bikes, and camping with friends and family.
