Please be sure to either bring a complete history of previous veterinary care with you, or let our staff know before the appointment who the previous veterinarian was so we can call to get a history faxed over to us. This will ensure that we have up to date vaccine and test history as well as any previous medical conditions, so we can make the most informed decisions about your pet’s health care possible.
